30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for most products. For custom-colored or specially ordered items, please see our Final Sale section below.

What Can Be Returned:

✓ Unworn wigs in original condition with all tags attached
✓ Unopened wig care products
✓ Accessories in original packaging
✓ Items that arrive damaged or defective (we'll cover return shipping)

What Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale):

✗ Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered
✗ Custom-colored or specially ordered wigs
✗ Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale"
✗ Opened hygiene products or wig care kits

How to Return an Item:

  2. Receive authorization
    • We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Ship it back
    • Pack securely in original packaging and ship to our return address
  4. Get your refund
    • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns (waived for defective/damaged items)

Exchanges:

We're happy to exchange your wig for a different style or color! Contact us to arrange an exchange - we'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Professional Services:

Services (wig cleaning, styling, haircuts, perming, consultations) are non-refundable once completed. If you're unsure about a service, contact us first - we're here to help!

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your wig arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice!
